System Analyst – CRM
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Reports to: Senior Manager – Shared Applications
Job Purpose
The System Analyst – CRM will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Jubilee Life Insurance’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively supports business needs. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, implementing system changes, and providing ongoing support to optimize CRM usage across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather and document CRM requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Analyze system workflows, identify improvement areas, and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Provide end-user training, technical guidance, and system documentation to ensure effective adoption.
- Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage upgrades, patches, and system customizations.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards, policies, and industry regulations in CRM operations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
