1. Deputy Director, Litigation, Contracts, and Conveyancing

The Deputy Director will play a critical leadership role within the legal department, focusing on litigation, contracts, and conveyancing. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal matters relating to litigation and ensure proper representation of the organization in court and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal legal advisor to the Board of Directors, senior management, and the organization.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support JKUATES’ growth and innovation mandate.
- Oversee all legal functions including litigation, conveyancing, contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements in all business operations.
