Job Summary
The Manager, Sustainability will spearhead the integration of sustainability principles across the company’s operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Person Specifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: At least twelve (12) years of experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of four (4) years at middle management level in a large organization or its equivalent.
- Education:
- A degree in Environmental Studies, Natural Resource Management, or an equivalent field.
- A relevant Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Professional Qualifications:
- Relevant professional qualifications and current good standing membership with recognized institutions.
- Membership in the Environmental Institute of Kenya.
- Leadership: Completion of a leadership course lasting not less than 4 weeks from a recognized institution.
- Legal Compliance: Fulfilment of the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
