Job Description

As a Financial Advisor, you will be at the core of driving Pioneer Assurance Co. Ltd’s mission to provide innovative and reliable financial solutions. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Financial Advisory Services: Provide expert financial advisory services to clients on insurance products, pension plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Market and Client Identification: Research and identify potential markets and clients to expand the company’s reach.
  • Sales of Insurance Financial Services: Drive sales by promoting and selling insurance and financial services products to individuals, groups, and organizations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • A KCSE Certificate as a minimum academic requirement.
  • A Diploma in Sales and Marketing is required for the role.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or related sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
