Senior Officer – Treasury Operations & Payments

Department: Shared Services
Reports to: Manager – Central Payments

The Senior Officer – Treasury Operations & Payments will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient execution of treasury operations and payment services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations that support the bank’s overall treasury management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily treasury operations and ensure efficient settlement of transactions.
  • Support the bank’s central payments processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor payment activities and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations, transaction reports, and other treasury-related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless treasury operations.
  • Provide support in implementing new treasury systems, processes, and controls.
  • Act as a liaison between treasury, payments, and other banking departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Senior Relationship Officer – Cash Management & Transaction Banking

Department: Cash Management & Transaction Banking
Reports to: Senior Manager Sales, Digital Financial Services

As a Senior Relationship Officer in Cash Management & Transaction Banking, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through client engagement, relationship management, and delivering innovative transaction banking solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable cash management and transaction banking solutions.

  • Work closely with the Digital Financial Services team to enhance customer offerings.

Manager – Core Banking and Channels Support

Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Senior Manager, Information Technology

The Manager – Core Banking and Channels Support will oversee the smooth operation and continuous improvement of Sidian Bank’s core banking systems and digital channels. This role is ideal for a technology leader with hands-on expertise in managing banking systems, ensuring system reliability, and delivering innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Core Banking and Channels Support team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership for the bank’s core banking systems and digital platforms.
  • Ensure system uptime, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and management.
  • Oversee incident management and coordinate timely resolution of system issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize systems.
  • Implement upgrades, patches, and new features to support the bank’s evolving digital strategy.

Administrative Security Officer

Department: Security & Investigations
Reports to: Manager, Security & Investigations

The Administrative Security Officer will play an important role in ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of Sidian Bank’s operations. This role requires a professional who can manage administrative security functions, coordinate investigations, and ensure adherence to the bank’s security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager, Security & Investigations, in enforcing the bank’s security policies.
  • Coordinate administrative functions related to security operations across the bank.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities.
  • Assist in conducting investigations into security breaches, fraud, or misconduct.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when required.
  • Promote a culture of security awareness among staff and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external security standards.
