2025 Post School Success Senior Associate (Tatu Girls)

by Recal

Nova Pioneer is seeking a highly motivated and mission-driven Post-School Success (PSS) Senior Associate to join its growing team in Kenya. This full-time position, based primarily at Tatu Girls in Tatu City with support for Eldoret, begins in October 2025.

This role is more than a job—it is an opportunity to influence the lives of young people across Kenya and set them on pathways toward becoming innovators, leaders, and problem-solvers in Africa and beyond.

If you are passionate about helping young people prepare for life after school—whether through university, career opportunities, or other unique pathways—then Nova Pioneer invites you to apply and be part of a team that is reshaping education on the continent.

About Nova Pioneer

Imagine a world where every child in Africa attends a school that prepares them for success in the 21st century. A school where curiosity is encouraged, where students learn not only content but also essential skills for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.

Nova Pioneer has been actively building this vision. As a pan-African independent network of schools, Nova Pioneer offers high-quality, affordable education from pre-primary through secondary. Currently, the network operates 16 schools in South Africa and Kenya with ambitious plans to expand to 100 schools across Africa within the next decade.

Nova Pioneer’s teaching philosophy is based on inquiry-driven learning—students are taught to ask why and to investigate, rather than memorize. This approach helps them become independent thinkers who are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.
