Job Description

The Coordination and Administrative Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the administration and coordination functions at the Nairobi duty station. Working under the guidance of senior administrative staff, the intern will be actively involved in managing office processes, providing logistical support, and contributing to programme coordination tasks.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative functions of a global organisation while developing skills in planning, organisation, and communication.


Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will be expected to perform a variety of duties to support smooth and efficient operations. These include:

1. Administrative Support
