Job Description
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, People Systems & Analytics will be the strategic architect and technical authority behind M-KOPA’s People technology ecosystem. This role goes beyond administration—it is about designing, optimizing, and scaling digital solutions that empower the PWX team and elevate the employee experience across our fast-growing organization.
You will own and lead the evolution of our HRIS and People Systems landscape, ensuring integration, data integrity, and actionable insights that power business decisions. Your work will combine technical depth in HRIS platforms with advanced analytics and AI, ensuring M-KOPA continues to lead in digital transformation within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Systems Ownership
- Serve as the subject matter expert for People Systems, including HiBob (core HRIS), Culture Amp, Freshservice, Progression, Notion, DocuSign, and other platforms used for engagement and performance management.
- Lead system design, configuration, and continuous improvement to align with business needs, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
- Translate business needs into technical workflows, specifications, and enhancements that balance scalability with user adoption.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, renewals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and product roadmaps.
- Partner with People Partners, Legal, IT Operations, Finance, Business Leaders, and the People Leadership Team to ensure data governance, compliance, and automation are aligned with organizational strategies.
- Act as the bridge between people priorities and technical solutions, ensuring all stakeholders can confidently use People Systems.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Maintain and strengthen data governance, accuracy, and security across platforms, including compliance with audit standards.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics Manager to design and maintain advanced dashboards, predictive models, and reporting frameworks.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), attrition modeling, and compensation strategies.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
- Lead technical and data-heavy events such as Workforce Planning (WFP), Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA), Bonus and Commissions payments, and Compensation Reviews.
AI & Automation
- Drive AI integration into People Systems, including chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with IT and external providers to deploy AI-driven models that enhance talent forecasting and employee engagement.
- Monitor AI performance while ensuring ethical use and transparency in HR decision-making.
Integration & Process Optimization
- Partner across IT, Finance, Legal, and Talent to integrate systems and streamline processes.
- Lead implementations, upgrades, and testing of People Systems with minimal disruption.
- Automate repetitive processes such as onboarding, approvals, and ticketing to boost team efficiency.
Change Enablement & Capability Building
- Deliver training, workshops, and technical support to PWX teams and employees, building digital and AI literacy.
- Lead awareness campaigns, demo sessions, and refresher trainings for system adoption.
- Champion digital fluency and innovation across the People function, recommending new tools and practices that align with M-KOPA’s values.
Success Indicators
- A fully integrated HRIS ecosystem that ensures real-time insights, compliance, and reliability.
- High adoption rates of People Systems across business leaders and teams.
- Real-time dashboards and analytics that empower data-driven workforce strategies.
- Ethical AI tools that improve engagement, forecasting, and overall employee experience.

Skills & Experience Needed
- 8+ years of hands-on HRIS experience (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Greenhouse, HiBob, Culture Amp, Jira, Freshservice, Notion, DocuSign).
- Strong knowledge of HR data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
- Proven track record in system implementations, process automation, and change management.
- Hands-on experience with AI automation and digital transformation.
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Google Data Studio).
- Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, R, and application of AI/ML models for predictive HR insights.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
