Job Description
The Cash Officer is tasked with managing and conducting all cash-related functions at the bank’s Cash Centre. This includes overseeing, off-site ATM cash management, central vault operations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The role is critical in maintaining liquidity, safeguarding assets, and ensuring efficient cash flow across branches.
The overall objective of the role is to provide day to day operations support in alignment with bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First degree
Experience Required
2-3 years
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing risk
- Experience in the banking environment
- Experience resolving client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Banking Products and Systems and experience in an cash operations environment which includes adherence to processes and procedures, and maintaining controls.
