Job Description
The Director of Public Participation will provide strategic leadership in ensuring inclusive governance through structured public engagement frameworks. The role will require developing and implementing policies that enhance citizen involvement in decision-making processes at county level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing strategies that foster effective participation of citizens in county programs and policy formulation.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement forums across sub-counties to gather views and inputs from citizens.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertaking general diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients.

- Offering clinical services to patients across county health facilities.
- Training, consulting, and supervising surgeries and clinical procedures.
- Conducting forensic and medico-legal services when required.
- Coordinating disease surveillance, prevention, and control initiatives.

Salary Scale for Medical Specialists I
CPSB 04: Kshs. 102,860 × 5,070 – 107,930 × 5,300 – 113,230 × 5,560 – 118,790 × 5,840 – 124,630 × 6,070 – 130,700 × 6,370 – 137,070 per month.
