1. Senior Lecturer, Department of Business Administration

Job Description
The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for providing academic leadership and fostering excellence in teaching, research, and community service within the Department of Business Administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students in areas such as strategic management, organizational behavior, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
  • Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, dissertations, and theses.
  • Developing course materials, updating curricula, and ensuring the relevance of course content to current industry trends.
  • Engaging in academic research and publishing findings in reputable journals.
  • Participating in departmental and faculty meetings, academic planning, and curriculum review.
  • Mentoring junior staff and students to support their academic and professional growth.
  • Undertaking administrative and committee roles as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.

Job Description
