Plant Maintenance Clerk
The role supports in driving the performance visibility of the unit by developing all maintenance schedules for the unit, planning and scheduling resources required for execution and ensuring proper execution of all planned and corrective maintenance work.
Duties
- Creating notifications
- Capturing and completing details in the job card.
- Capturing and completing details in the time confirmations.
- Technical completion maintenance orders
- Cleaning magnetic board tags
- Daily filing of paperwork
- Assigning and printing weekly schedules
- Creating requisitions
- Following up on spares and resource availability
- Downtime reconciliation
