Overview of the Role
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultants will play a crucial role in various phases of Deloitte’s engagements, including business development, project design, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultants will encompass three core areas:
1. Technical Analysis and Solution Development
- Provide expert input in designing technical approaches, methodologies, and frameworks for proposals and ongoing projects.
- Conduct in-depth sectoral analysis to inform evidence-based strategies and solutions.
- Develop and refine technical models, tools, and processes that enhance project performance and effectiveness.

- Support the preparation of technical proposals, concept notes, and strategic documents in response to donor solicitations.
2. Expert Review and Quality Assurance

- Offer constructive feedback to project teams to improve deliverable quality and technical soundness.
