Job Description

The incumbent will serve as both a clinical leader and faculty member, contributing to the strategic development and operational excellence of the BMT program. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Program Leadership and Development
    • Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Bone Marrow Transplant Program.
    • Oversee all aspects of BMT services, including patient selection, donor matching, transplantation procedures, and post-transplant care.
    • Develop and enforce clinical protocols and standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Establish partnerships and collaborations with international BMT centers and research institutions to enhance program capacity.

    • Provide specialized clinical care in haematology and oncology, with a focus on bone marrow transplantation.
    • Supervise and manage transplant procedures, including autologous and allogeneic transplants.
