Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the clerk of works (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing) will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
• Provide assessment of all works performed, complementing the level of checks/inspections and balances during the project relevant to his/ her area of assignment.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant services at UNON during construction and renovation for safety inspection of premises; report and investigate accidents and recommend correction of safety or fire hazards.
• Attend all meetings relating to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm systems, security, IT, complex
Work Experience
-A minimum of (2) two years progressive work experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
-English Level II Required
-An advanced university degree (Master’s or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical or related fields is required.
-Experience in using MS Project or similar software is desirable
