Office Assistant III
This position supports the day-to-day running of office operations. The role entails maintaining cleanliness in offices and common areas, preparing and serving refreshments, assisting in the arrangement of meeting rooms, and ensuring office supplies are replenished. The Office Assistant III will also support in filing, photocopying, and delivering internal correspondence within the office.
Office Assistant II
The Office Assistant II provides operational and logistical support to ensure smooth administrative processes. Key tasks include maintaining order in offices, handling office deliveries, assisting in mail dispatch, and offering clerical support such as photocopying and scanning. The officer also supports hospitality services during meetings and workshops.
Office Assistant I
This role involves supervision of junior office assistants and coordination of cleaning, hospitality, and support functions. Responsibilities include maintaining office inventory, supporting event setups, assisting in records organization, and ensuring that administrative services run efficiently across departments.
Human Resource and Administrative Support
Human Resource Management Assistant III
The role supports HR operations including leave administration, personnel file management, recruitment logistics, and employee welfare programs. The HR Management Assistant III ensures data accuracy in HR records and assists in the preparation of HR reports and correspondence.
Driver III
The Driver III is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for staff and official goods. Duties include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing routine checks, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and maintaining accurate travel logs.
Driver II
This role involves transporting staff and materials to various destinations while ensuring safety, reliability, and timely delivery. The Driver II is also responsible for vehicle maintenance, tracking insurance validity, and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
Driver I

Legal Clerk II

Records Management Officer II
The Records Management Officer II ensures effective recordkeeping systems within SHA. Key responsibilities include receiving, classifying, indexing, and storing documents, maintaining file registers, and coordinating record transfers and retrieval.
