CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST, IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT
The Cybersecurity Specialist in Identity and Access Management (IAM) will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for identity and privileged access architecture across the Group. This position is crucial in safeguarding digital assets through secure IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. The specialist will design and oversee the implementation, testing, and maintenance of secure, scalable IAM solutions to meet the Group’s cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM and PAM solutions that support secure access management across the organization.
- Act as the subject matter expert on IAM architecture, policies, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain IAM standards, frameworks, and toolsets to ensure consistency and compliance with global security standards.
- Lead IAM solution architecture discussions, ensuring that system designs meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, authentication, and access control.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of privileged access controls to protect critical systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of user access rights to detect and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with IT security teams, auditors, and compliance officers to align IAM initiatives with cybersecurity strategies.
- Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and security.
- Support incident response processes related to access control and identity management breaches.
- Ensure that IAM systems and processes align with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
