The Cybersecurity Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM) serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for identity and privileged access architecture across KCB Group. This position is critical in designing and managing secure, scalable, and compliant IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to safeguard the organization’s digital assets.
Job Description
The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management frameworks that protect the bank’s information systems from unauthorized access. This includes ensuring that access rights are granted appropriately and managed consistently across systems and applications in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
The specialist will also oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of privileged access controls, authentication protocols, and access governance systems.
