Human Resources Officer – TALENT, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
M.P Shah Hospital is looking to recruit a professional, and evidence driven person for a vacancy in the Human Resources Department as a HRO- Talent, Learning & Development.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the position holder will be responsible for operationalizing manpower planning, employee on boarding process and the development of high impact measurable learning solutions that ensure professional competence is maintained and strengthen internal talent pipelines. The position works closely with the HR Business Partners and departmental heads to translate business needs into training interventions, manage the learning technology, administer continuous professional development (CPD) and onboarding and provide data-backed insights to improve learning ROI
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Learning and development
-Digital Learning Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the training portal. This includes course uploading, user enrollment/tracking, content maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues.
– Needs Assessment Support: Coordinate the collection of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) data, analyze basic feedback and compile results to assist managers in defining organizational and critical future skills gaps.
-Design and implement blended learning programs (microlearning, virtual classrooms, on-the-job, coaching).
-Maintain learning dashboards (participation, completion, post-training evaluation, knowledge retention where possible).
-Provide monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
-Monitor training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance outcomes.
-Support the creation of career pathways and development plans for high-potential employees.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
-Support the HRBP in manpower planning and skills-gap analysis using workforce data.
-Maintain and update the departmental manpower plan and talent pipeline; identify critical roles and succession candidates.
-Manage the end-to-end onboarding program: Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of the new employee induction program, including mandatory compliance and cultural training modules.
-Support line managers on performance coaching tools and manage internal talent adverts and shortlists for internal hiring.
Minimum Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences.
2. 3 to 5 years’ practical experience in L&D, recruitment within a medium/large organization (healthcare experience preferred).
3. Certified HR professional, a registered member of IHRM
