Kenya Maritime Authority is a State Corporation whose mandate is to regulate,
coordinate, and oversee maritime affairs, as guided by the Kenya Maritime Authority
Act, 2006, the Merchant Shipping Act, 2009, and relevant Maritime International
Conventions.
