PRODUCT CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Channels, this role is responsible for systems administration to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability and performance, which will in turn lead to superior customer experiences and ultimately business growth.
The role is also responsible for working closely with various stakeholders as level 3 production support – defining requirements, feature roadmaps, change requests etc as well as plan for platform upgrade and enhancements.
The role is finally responsible for driving an innovation roadmap on the bank’s payments and lending platform through the Technology team and 3rd party vendors and partners.
The job holder will support development of new products and support services creating customer focused self-service and digitally enabled customer journeys
