The Customer Experience Advisor will serve as the primary contact point for branch customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and seamless customer interactions. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, resolving service issues, guiding customers on banking products, supporting transactions, and enhancing overall branch satisfaction. The role also involves promoting service excellence standards and ensuring consistent customer engagement.
2. Senior Officer, Retail/SME Dealer
Location: Head Office
Department: Treasury
Contract: Open-Ended

The Senior Officer, Retail/SME Dealer will support the Treasury function by managing retail and SME foreign exchange transactions, pricing FX deals, monitoring market trends, and supporting relationship teams with treasury insights. The role includes executing treasury deals, growing client FX business, and providing timely market updates to enhance revenue opportunities. The officer will also ensure compliance with internal risk guidelines and regulatory requirements.
