10 DON’TS WHEN FILLING THE KMFRI JOB APPLICATION FORM
- Don’t apply for “Any Position.”
Always choose one specific job and write the exact reference number. KMFRI does not shortlist vague or general applications. - Don’t leave any section blank.
Empty fields create the impression of carelessness or hiding information. Write “N/A” only where something truly does not apply. - Don’t provide incorrect or inconsistent personal details.
Mismatched names, wrong ID numbers, or different dates across documents can lead to instant disqualification. - Don’t use unofficial nicknames or casual email addresses.
Avoid emails like “cutegirl@…” or “swagboy@…”. Use a professional address that includes your name. - Don’t exaggerate qualifications or experience.
KMFRI cross-checks with referees and previous employers. Any dishonesty leads to rejection. - Don’t copy-paste job descriptions exactly as written.
Instead, describe your duties in your own words. Copy-pasting shows lack of originality and may be flagged. - Don’t use handwriting that is unclear or rushed.
Sloppy writing gives a poor impression. Use neat BLOCK LETTERS as the form requests. - Don’t list relatives as referees.
KMFRI requires professional referees—avoid family members, friends, or peers who cannot verify your work. - Don’t forget to attach all required documents.
Missing ID copies, certificates, testimonials, or CVs can result in automatic rejection. - Don’t submit the form without signing and dating it.
An unsigned form is incomplete and cannot be legally accepted.
