The Office of the Controller of Budget (OCOB) is an independent office established under Article
228 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010to oversee the implementation of the budgets of the national
and county governments and report on them.
Pursuant to Article 252 (1) (c) of the Constitution, the OCOB seeks to recruit highly qualified and
