I am a Human Resource and Administrative professional with more than 10 years of experience in matters HR at the Diocese of Kakamega-Emalindi Health Center. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Project Planning and Management now awaiting defense, but with a degree in Human Resource Management and CPA Part 1. I am an asset in designing and executing innovative sourcing and attraction strategies.
I have previously worked as HR Liaison assistant as an intern at UN-Habitat, an environment that gave me an opportunity of working in a multicultural environment. I can therefore comfortably support your department on records management. .
While as a Health Centre FBO Administrator, I have demonstrated Management experience in working with the Sub-County MoH, USAID donor funded projects and F.B.O Diocesan Catholic health facilities under the umbrella of Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB). With this experience I can be of value in your team on areas of talent partnerships and ambassadors especially mobilizing leaders and stakeholders in matters talent acquisition.
