Job Description
The Waste Management Intern will support ongoing UN-Habitat programmes aimed at enhancing sustainable waste management systems in urban settings. Key responsibilities include assisting in research on waste-management practices, compiling environmental data, and contributing to analytical reports, case studies, and knowledge materials that guide programme decisions.
The intern will help document project activities, prepare presentations, support stakeholder mapping, and contribute to field assessments relating to waste-collection processes, recycling models, and community-based waste solutions.
