Role Purpose
The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial systems, compliance with international standards, and effective collaboration with stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP), mastery of IFRS, and a commercial mindset to optimize funds investment, drive cost savings, and increase organizational revenue.

Responsibilities
- Cash Management and Financial Strategy – Develop strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns.

- Budget Development and Reporting – Lead budgeting processes and deliver accurate, timely reports.
- Operational Cash Flow Management – Monitor daily cash flow and forecast working capital needs.
- Best Practices and Financial Controls – Establish and enforce strong financial policies and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to IFRS, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Leadership and Team Management – Mentor and build capacity within the finance team.
- Strategic Recommendations – Provide insights to guide executive decision-making and revenue growth.
- Long-Term Business Planning – Contribute to strategic planning and sustainability models.
- Policy Review and Improvement – Regularly update financial policies for efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).
- 10–15 years of progressive financial management experience, ideally in private sector organizations working with government and development partners.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting under IFRS.
- Demonstrated experience in grant management and donor-funded projects.
- Strong knowledge of investment strategies and cost optimization.
