The primary responsibilities include processing HR documentation such as appointment letters, promotions, transfers, confirmations, and leave records. The HR Officer II also supports recruitment processes by assisting in shortlisting, coordinating interview arrangements, receiving application documents, and preparing related reports.

The responsibilities include operating assigned vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and internal guidelines, ensuring the safe transport of staff and goods to designated locations. The driver will conduct routine checks on vehicles to confirm roadworthiness, including examining oil levels, coolant, tyres, battery, and general mechanical condition. Office Assistant I – Grade 10 – (1 Post)

The Office Assistant I role supports administrative operations within the Authority by maintaining cleanliness of offices, ensuring orderly workspaces, providing messenger services, and assisting in basic clerical tasks. This position supports smooth office operations, particularly in departments that require consistent logistical and administrative coordination.

The responsibilities include cleaning offices, furniture, equipment, and restrooms to maintain hygienic working environments. The Office Assistant will also ensure that office supplies such as stationery, refreshments, and cleaning materials are stocked and distributed as required. This includes monitoring usage, reporting shortages, and organizing storage rooms.

Another important responsibility is handling messenger duties, including collecting and delivering documents within and outside the office. The Office Assistant I will also support mail handling by receiving, recording, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

The officer may be required to assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging seating, and ensuring availability of basic amenities for internal and external meetings. Additional tasks include photocopying, scanning, binding, and organizing files to support departmental workflows.

The Office Assistant must ensure that waste disposal procedures are followed and that office premises remain orderly throughout the day.
