| Key Duties & Responsibilities | Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecution of brand and trade strategies : Successful implementation of brand portfolio strategies and effective trade marketing activations resulting in increased market share, consumer engagement, visibility, and sales volumes.Optimised marketing investments : Continuously evaluate, optimize and align national and regional promotional and trade marketing efforts to drive NARTD growth, enhance brand value, increase market share, and ensure positive ROIInnovative category development : Leverage category insights and cross-market learnings and develop custom activation plans that optimize trade marketing activities for local market demands and shopper preferencesStakeholder alignment and process stewardship : Ensure alignment across stakeholders in executing growth and marketing tactics whilst continuously improving marketing and brand planning standards to align with the CCBA’s strategic direction |
| Skills, Experience & Education | EducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience3-5 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG industry, with a focus on trade marketing and category developmentProven track record in planning and the execution of brand portfolio strategiesExperience in budget management, marketing research, and stakeholder alignmentDemonstrated success in launching and managing regional/market trade activations and promotional campaigns, driving sales growth and consumer engagementExperience in merchandising and product placement across various retail channels, enhancing brand recognition and driving salesSkillsStrong analytical skills to monitor and interpret trade marketing performance data, using insights to optimize tacticsProject management proficiency, ensuring smooth execution of regional/market trade marketing activities and promotional campaignsAbility to design and implement custom activation plans that address specific local market needs, maximizing shopper engagementBudget management expertise to allocate marketing resources efficiently, maximizing returns on investmentProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiativesAn understanding of consumer insights and market research, utilizing these insights to shape trade marketing tactics |
