Introduction

Duties and Responsibilities
The Knowledge Management and Information Technology Intern will support the department in organizing, managing, and improving access to information and digital resources. Key responsibilities include assisting with knowledge management initiatives, supporting information systems and digital platforms, and contributing to the documentation, organization, and dissemination of institutional knowledge.
The intern will also support technology-related tasks, including data handling, system updates, and basic technical support activities as required. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in process improvement initiatives, supporting internal teams with information management needs, and contributing to ongoing projects within the Information Management Systems and Technology function.
