1. Senior Legal Counsel – Regulatory Affairs

Role Overview
Reporting to the Principal Legal Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, this role is responsible for representing the Group in regulatory engagements and serving as the primary outward-facing contact for regulator stakeholder management. The position supports regulatory affairs, public policy participation, and regulatory compliance across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the designated liaison between KCB Group and regulatory authorities.
- Manage regulatory stakeholder relationships to support the Group’s strategic objectives.
- Participate in public policy discussions and industry engagements impacting the banking sector.
- Provide legal support on regulatory matters affecting Group operations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their implications on the business.

2. Technology Vendor Manager

This role is responsible for the strategic management of technology vendors to ensure alignment with the bank’s goals. The position focuses on optimizing vendor performance, mitigating risks, reducing costs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology products and services.

3. Manager – Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, this role is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Group’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures across the Group.
- Coordinate safety programs across KCB Group subsidiaries.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training, audits, and inspections.
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management.
4. Head of Products – Retail

The Head of Products (Retail) is the custodian of the end-to-end product lifecycle for all Retail Banking products. The role provides strategic oversight of product innovation, development, and commercialization to deliver competitive, customer-centric solutions.
