As part of our commitment to service excellence, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer on a 6-month contract to strengthen our Contact Centre operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Team Leader – Contact Centre and will play a key role in supporting customers through efficient, professional, and timely service delivery.
Job Description – Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to Jubilee Life Insurance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other approved communication channels
- Provide accurate information on Jubilee Life Insurance products and services
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or relevant departments as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Support customer onboarding and policy servicing processes
- Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards within the Contact Centre
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
- Promote a positive brand image through excellent customer engagement
This role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
