The Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for leading the Fund’s corporate communication function to enhance its public image, stakeholder engagement, and internal communication effectiveness. The role supports transparency, brand integrity, and consistent messaging aligned with the Fund’s strategic objectives.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing corporate communication strategies aligned with the Fund’s vision and strategic plan
  • Managing internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
  • Overseeing media relations, press engagements, and public information dissemination
  • Coordinating crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
  • Supporting leadership communication, including speeches, briefs, and public statements
  • Managing corporate branding and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement and public awareness campaigns
  • Overseeing content development for publications, digital platforms, and reports

  • Developing and implementing ICT strategies aligned with the Fund’s business objectives

  • Developing and implementing property management and investment strategies
  • Overseeing maintenance, leasing, and utilisation of the Fund’s properties
  • Managing property development projects and renovations
  • Ensuring compliance with property laws, regulations, and safety standards
  • Monitoring property performance, occupancy, and revenue generation
  • Managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Overseeing valuation, risk management, and asset optimisation initiatives
  • Preparing property performance and investment reports
