Position 1: Senior Manager – Credit Analysis

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Credit Analysis is responsible for leading the credit analysis function within the Credit Risk Management Department. The position ensures that credit decisions are supported by robust financial analysis, sound judgment, and compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Credit Risk Assessment and Analysis

• Lead the evaluation and analysis of complex credit proposals across corporate, SME, and retail segments.

• Conduct risk grading and credit scoring in line with internal risk rating models.

• Monitor portfolio performance indicators including non-performing loans, arrears trends, sector concentration, and exposure limits.

• Participate in credit review committees and provide independent risk opinions.

Policy and Governance
