1. BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGER

Role Overview

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for supporting the bank’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. The role ensures compliance with regulatory expectations while strengthening the bank’s operational resilience framework. This position oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business continuity and resilience strategies across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.
  • Oversee business continuity plans (BCPs) to ensure critical functions remain operational during disruptions.
  • Coordinate periodic testing, simulations, and scenario planning to assess readiness and resilience.
  • Identify operational risks proactively and collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational resilience and continuity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed resilience practices within the first line of defense.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on business continuity protocols and crisis management procedures.
  • Monitor emerging risks and recommend improvements to resilience strategies.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on operational resilience posture and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and recommend corrective actions to strengthen recovery capabilities.

2. EXECUTIVE HEAD, ENTERPRISE DATA MANAGEMENT

Role Overview

The Executive Head, Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is responsible for shaping and implementing the Group’s Enterprise Data Management capabilities through a clearly defined EDM strategy and framework. The role is accountable for unlocking the strategic and economic value of data across the enterprise by managing data and analytics strategies, establishing robust governance structures, and partnering directly with business units to drive measurable revenue growth, cost optimization, and competitive advantage through analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Group’s Enterprise Data Management strategy and governance framework.
  • Establish enterprise-wide data standards, policies, and controls to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Drive enterprise data and analytics initiatives aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units to translate data insights into measurable revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics and AI to strengthen decision-making and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee data governance structures to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

3. MANAGER, INFORMATION SYSTEMS AUDIT

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Systems Audit, this role is responsible for conducting Information Systems and ICT-related audits and advisory assignments across the Group. The objective is to provide independent and objective assurance that the bank’s information systems and ICT infrastructure are appropriate, secure, reliable, and effectively utilized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT and Information Systems audits across the Group in line with the audit plan.
  • Evaluate the adequacy, reliability, and security of ICT infrastructure and applications.
  • Assess IT governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
  • Provide objective assurance and advisory services on technology-related risks.
  • Identify control gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Review system implementations and upgrades to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Assess cybersecurity controls and data protection measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Information Systems Audit function.

4. SENIOR MANAGER, POWER SYSTEMS

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, the Senior Manager, Power Systems is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining power systems across all bank premises. This includes Generators, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPSs), Inverters, Electrical Installations, and Stabilizers. The role ensures that all systems operate without interruption to support seamless banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and performance of all power systems across bank facilities.
  • Ensure generators, UPS systems, inverters, and stabilizers are fully operational at all times.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor system performance to prevent service interruptions.
  • Coordinate emergency response in the event of power failures.
  • Manage service providers and contractors responsible for power system support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of electrical installations.
  • Optimize power usage and recommend cost-effective improvements.
  • Prepare reports on system reliability, maintenance activities, and improvement plans.

5. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, SAHL BANKING

Role Overview

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Relationship Manager, Sahl Banking is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with Islamic Banking customers across both Retail and Corporate segments. The role focuses on growing business product uptake and utilization while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Islamic banking principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail and Corporate Islamic Banking customers.
  • Drive product uptake and increase utilization of Sahl Banking offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Islamic Banking segment.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with Shariah-compliant banking principles.
  • Achieve set growth targets for deposits, financing, and other banking products.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support branch initiatives aimed at growing Islamic Banking market share.
