ICT Assistant – Kargeno Kisumu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Regular hardware and software maintenance and configuration
- Installation and configuration of software
- Assist in data backups and data department related assigned tasks
- Trouble shooting PCs malfunction
- Offer technical consultation for inputs and recommendations for the study team
- Liaise with ICT Officer in resolving Internet downtime
- Offer support and training to new and existing staff on new requirements and compliance with organizational ICT policy and government laws
- Assist Conducting CMEs to staff on emerging IT issues
