Key Responsibilities:

Job Specification:
For appointment to this grade, an Officer must possess the following qualifications, experience, and competencies:
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in human resource management, with at least four (4) years in a middle management role.
- Significant experience in HR policy formulation, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Management Course:
- A Management course lasting no less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
- Membership and Professional Certification:
- Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or equivalent professional body.
