In accordance with the Water Act 2016, the Companies Act 2015, the Corporate Governance
guidelines issued by Water Service Regulatory Board and all other applicable laws, the Appointing Authority as per the Makueni County Water Act, 2020 declares four (4) vacancies for the positions
of Board of Directors for MBONIWASCO. The board of directors comprise of representatives of stakeholders identified in accordance with the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB)
Corporate Governance Guidelines, 2024. MBONIWASCO is a water service provider mandated
to provide water and sanitation services within Mbooni Sub-county of Makueni County.
