Team Leader – Cold Drinks Equipment

The Team Leader – Cold Drinks Equipment will oversee the management, maintenance, and operational performance of cold drinks equipment within the assigned region. The role ensures that equipment deployed to customers operates efficiently and supports product availability while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of cold drinks equipment across assigned outlets.
- Supervise field technicians and ensure timely completion of equipment servicing and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for cold drinks equipment.
- Ensure proper tracking and accountability of equipment deployed to customers and retail outlets.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure equipment supports product availability and market demand.
- Investigate equipment faults and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular reports on equipment performance and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment management and service efficiency.
