The Nakuru County Public Service Board (NCPSB) is established in accordance with Section 57 of the County Governments Act, Cap.265 Laws of Kenya.
It is a body corporate with perpetual succession, capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name.
The Board is comprised of seven (7) members who include the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, four (4) Board members and a Secretary appointed by the Governor with the approval of the County Assembly.
The Board is supported by a Secretariat which is headed by the Secretary to the Board.
