WARD-BASED VOTER EDUCATOR

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Social Sciences/Education/Project Management:
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in voter/civic education, community mobilization and social work within the Ward/Constituency/County applied for;
3. Residents in the constituency/Ward in which they apply for;
4. Must be able to speak the main language of communication used by residents of the constituency/Ward;
5. Must be non-partisan with exceptional understanding and knowledge of socio-cultural, economic and political dynamics of the constituency/ward;
6. Proof of having successfully conducted voter/civic education activities or informal training with existing networks within the Ward/Constituency/County; and
7. Proven report writing skills

CONSTITUENCY VOTER EDUCATOR

2. Hold a Degree/Diploma certificate from a recognized institution;
3. Computer literate;
4. Have effective communication;
5. Good report writing skills;
6. Ability to manage people, sensitive data and materials;
7. Have skills in data computation;
8. Must be available for the entire period of the exercise; and
9. Resident in the constituency/Ward in which they apply for;

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Kenyan citizen of high integrity, and be non-partisan;
2. KCSE Aggregate C- and above;
3. Must be of good character and non-partisan;
4. Must be available for the entire period of the exercise; and
5. Resident of the Constituency/County Assembly Ward in which they apply for.

Wages

Polling Clerks/Counting Clerks will be paid Kshs. 1,000 per day
