The Banksman supports safe site operations by guiding vehicle movements, assisting with inspections and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures during routine and emergency activities.
Your Responsibilities
- i. Direct and guide vehicle and equipment movement on-site safely
- ii. Assist with daily patrols, minor repairs, and facility maintenance
- iii. Support emergency response and site safety operations
- iv. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work standards
- v. Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- vi. Assist in traffic control and setting up safety zones
- vii. Carry out other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- i. Age: 20–40 years
- ii. Physically fit; able to work outdoors, at heights, at night, and in emergency situations
- iii. Familiar with routine inspection, maintenance, and safe work procedures
- iv. Law-abiding with no criminal record
- v. Strong sense of responsibility; hardworking and able to follow instructions
- vi. Ability to work in a team and under supervision
