HEAD CAPITAL MOBILISATION
The Head of Capital Mobilization will lead the mobilization of external financial resources for KCB Foundation by developing and executing a structured, forward-looking capital mobilization strategy aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities.
The role is directly accountable for securing grant funding, partnership financing, and catalytic capital that enables the Foundation to scale livelihoods, enterprise development, workforce initiatives, and inclusive economic participation across East and Central Africa.
In addition to delivering measurable capital inflows, the role will build and manage a sustainable capital pipeline and institutionalize capital mobilization as a core organizational capability.
This is a senior strategic role responsible both for bringing in capital and for establishing the partnerships, structures, and institutional positioning required to sustain long-term capital flows. The position focuses on originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing capital partnerships aligned to institutional strategy.
