The Embassy of Portugal in Nairobi is pleased to announce that the call for proposals for the 2026 Small Projects Fund is now open and will run until the 20th of April. This fund aims to support cooperation and development initiatives that address key social needs, particularly in the areas of education, health, gender equality, and environmental sustainability.
The Small Projects Fund is designed to assist initiatives that, due to their specific nature and modest scale, do not qualify for other forms of support under Portuguese Cooperation.
Non-profit civil society organizations and community-based organizations in Kenya are eligible to apply.
