Role Summary

The Works Package Manager – Construction will oversee the planning, coordination and successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF) systems for the Aga Khan International School – Wayaki Way project.

The position is responsible for ensuring that all technical, safety, quality, cost and project delivery requirements are achieved throughout every phase of construction, from design through commissioning, handover and the defects liability period.

Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal project teams, the Works Package Manager will coordinate the successful execution of MEPF work packages while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Works Package Manager will be responsible for:

  • Defining project scope for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF) systems.
  • Coordinating MEPF design activities and technical integration.
  • Preparing and reviewing cost estimates for MEPF packages.
  • Managing tendering processes including:
    • Contractor prequalification
