Jubilee Life Insurance Limited now seeks a passionate and experienced professional to fill the position of Officer – Intermediary Management. Reporting to the Manager – Intermediary Management, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting intermediary administration operations to enhance satisfaction and performance.
Role Purpose
The Officer – Intermediary Management will oversee the day-to-day administration of intermediaries, including payroll, commissions, benefits, and resolving queries. The role holder will also drive digital optimization initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional service to intermediaries, contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Support
- Assist in developing intermediary management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support the implementation of innovative incentive programs to motivate intermediaries and drive business growth.
- Gather and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Contribute to risk mitigation efforts by ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
2. Operational Excellence
- Payroll Management: Process intermediary payrolls, including commissions, incentives, and benefits, with accuracy and timeliness. Address payroll-related discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Commission Administration: Administer commissions and incentives for Retail Life, Corporate Life, and Pension products. Promptly address intermediary queries regarding commission payments.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commissions, payrolls, and benefits. Deliver commission statements and handle corrections within specified timelines.
- Query Resolution: Respond efficiently to inquiries and concerns raised by intermediaries, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Digital Optimization: Assist in implementing digital solutions and process automation to enhance intermediary experiences. Use portals effectively for communication and service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payroll accuracy, query resolution time, and intermediary satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. Mitigate risks associated with payroll processing and data management.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for independent intermediaries.
3. Corporate Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Implement measures to mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
