Field Operations Manager
Location: The position will be based in Kaabong, Uganda with regular field visits to Turkana County.
Job type: Full-time.
Reporting: Program Director.
Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:
The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for facilitating improvement of organizational capability by developing and harmonizing systems and processes and involving people to maximize ownership, commitment, and engagement to achieve project excellence. This is a facilitative role that co-ordinates and integrates activities across Human Resource, Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Fleet Management, Infrastructure development and maintenance activities while ensuring that they are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. Success will be determined by how effectively and efficiently these processes are coordinated to deliver value and support operations across all units in NRT and the conservancies.
