Key Responsibilities
- Financial Control & Compliance (70%)
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and implement internal control systems.
- Perform financial risk assessments, validations, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and perform spot checks across sites.
- Capacity Building (20%)
- Train finance and non-finance staff on budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Build skills in financial analysis and management for diverse teams.
- Policy & Toolkit Development (10%)
- Develop financial policies, tools, and templates.
- Improve financial systems and standard operating procedures.
Vacancy Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in finance management, with expertise in auditing and compliance.
- Experience in multi-location finance roles and capacity-building activities.
Skills:
- Proficiency in international accounting standards, financial software, and Excel.
- Fluency in English (French is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
