Senior Officer – Business Development

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Officer – Business Development within Jubilee Life Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Manager Business Development- Group Life and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.

▪ Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation and negotiation
skills.
▪ Adaptability. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond effectively to changing client needs and
market conditions.
Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
▪ Diploma in Insurance.
▪ LOMA, CII, or IIK qualification will be an added advantage.
▪ Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the life insurance sector, with a focus on Group Life
and Credit Life products.
