- Contact Information: Provide an email address and phone number that you actively use to ensure you can be reached easily. Double-check for typos in your contact details.
- Postal Address: Include your full address, ensuring the postal code and town are correct.
- Home County & Sub-County: Clearly specify these locations to reflect your background accurately.
- Ethnicity: Write your ethnic group or community, as this might be required for data collection purposes.
2. Educational/Professional Qualifications
- Complete Each Column Clearly: List all qualifications starting with the highest level. Include:
- Name of Qualification: e.g., Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
